What the Referral Scheme offers:
Any current or future aparto resident can sign up to the ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme so that they can refer another student to live in one of our aparto residences.
If the eligibility criteria below are met, the scheme entitles the referrer and the referred student to one £200 shopping voucher each from One4all.
This offer is valid for:
- bookings completed by the referred students between 3rd February 2025 and 31st August 2025 at one of our UK residences
- To sign up to this scheme, referrers need to email their relevant aparto residence team to request their unique referral code. Each referrer can share their unique referral code with other eligible students so that they can participate in this scheme by adding this code to their online aparto booking form.
Who is Eligible?
- For the booking to be eligible for this scheme, the referred student must book any room type at an aparto residence for a minimum of 41 weeks for the academic year 2025-26.
Referrer:
To qualify for this scheme the referrer must fulfil all the following criteria:
- They must ensure that the referred student has completed a booking:
- between 3rd February 2025 and 31st August 2025 at any of the aparto UK residences
- A booking is considered complete when the referred student has signed the contract, paid the required advanced rent or deposit, and completed all ID and guarantor requirements.
- All bookings made by the referred students must be for a minimum of 41 weeks and be for the academic year 2025-26.
- They must provide their unique referral code to the referred student and ensure that it is included in the referred student’s booking for the academic year 2025-26 when their booking is made.
- They must currently be a resident of an aparto residence or have made and accepted a booking at one of the aparto residences for the academic year 2025-26.
- They must ensure that the referred student has checked in to one of the participating aparto residences for their 2025-26 booking and made their first rent instalment before 30th September 2025.
Referred Student:
To qualify for this incentive the referred student must fulfil all the following criteria:
- They must not be an existing or former resident at a participating aparto residence, or already have made an existing booking request in respect of the academic year 2025-26.
- They must complete their booking at:
- one of the aparto UK residences participating in this scheme between the 3rd February 2025 and 31st August 2025 for the academic year 2025-26 and for a minimum of 41 weeks
- They must have had their booking accepted by one of the participating aparto residences.
- They must include the referred student’s unique referral code within their online aparto booking form at the point of making their booking. Provision of this unique referral code after they have made their booking will not be accepted and will not entitle either the referred student or the referrer to participate in this scheme.
- They must make their booking directly at apartostudent.com.
Claiming the Voucher:
- The referred student needs to have both checked in to one of the participating aparto residences for their 2025-26 booking and made their first rent instalment before 30th September 2025, in order for the offer of the £200 shopping voucher at One4all to be redeemed by either the referrer or referred student.
- Once the Accommodation Manager at the participating aparto residence has verified that all of the terms and conditions of this scheme have been fulfilled, then one voucher will be issued to the referrer and the referred student each by email within 40 working days once the referred student both checks in to the participating aparto residence and makes their first rent payment in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Other Important Terms:
- This scheme is available for a limited number of bookings.
- We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or change this scheme at any time without prior notice where it is necessary to do so.
- While this scheme is in place, the scheme participants are able to refer an unlimited number of students.
- Our decision in respect of all matters to do with this scheme will be final, and no correspondence will be entered in to about it.
- The referred student acknowledges that any booking made then in respect of a participating aparto residence is not made in reliance on the availability of this scheme, and the availability or receipt of a voucher is not a condition of any tenancy agreement in respect of the participating aparto residence.
- This scheme cannot be combined with any other aparto offers or promotions.
- The vouchers issued as part of this scheme are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- By participating in this scheme, any referrers and referred students shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
GDPR:
By entering your code into the aparto portal for the purpose of this scheme, and under the terms of our privacy policy, your personal data will be shared with the voucher supplying company for the purpose of issuing your voucher.
The personal data shared will be:
- the first names of the referrer and the referred student; and
- the email addresses of the referrer and the referred student.
