Pallars offers a variety of different room types to meet your needs of students. All our high spec rooms are bright, furnished with comfy beds, plenty of storage and study space. Prices are per person, per month, including fast WiFi and bills.

Pallars is located in the 22@, Barcelona’s innovation district, offering excellent connectivity to the rest of the city but also just a 15 min walking from the beach. This area is fully established as a retail and residential area, benefiting from excellent public transport, all available within a 10 minutes’ walk.
Within walking distance you have the campus of the public Pompeu Fabra University, and the campus of Toulouse Business School, which is currently under construction and due to open in September 2022.
