    We’re based in the former Manifattura Tabacchi district, vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood just outside Florence’s historic center. It’s a creative hub filled with local cafés, cultural events, and modern design, only 10 minutes from the city center by bike or public transport.

    We’re just a short ride away from the city’s must-see sights, including the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza Della Signoria. It’s easy to explore by tram, bus, or bike.

    We offer modern, comfortable 4-bed and 6-bed dormitories, each with a private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and soundproofing.

    • The 4-bed dormitory is available as mixed or female-only, and you can also book the entire room privately for your group.
    • The 6-bed dormitory can also be booked as a private room by reserving all beds.

    All rooms include free WiFi, linen, towels, and a secure, quiet atmosphere.
