    There are 612 beds at Durando!

    Within the residence you will get FREE access to our social areas and study spaces, and the chance to be a part of our award winning event and wellbeing programme.

    If you would like to book a tour please contact reception at durando@apartostudent.com, or fill out this form. In some residences we may be able to show you a room in person or virtually on zoom.

    We supply every resident with a comfortable double bed, ensuite, desk, chair and lots of storage space. Depending on your room type you may have additional furniture, kitchen appliances or storage. Please contact reception to clarify the exact details of the room type you are booking.

    If you don't want to buy  bedding, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans on the aparto portal, you would need to bring them. Don't forget your personal belongings! We also require proof of student status and in some residences we may need to see a passport/ID.

    Yes, Milan Durando is conveniently close to main universities in Milan, such as Polytechnic University, Cattolica and IULM. 

    Durando is close to several shops and amenities. Located in the Bovisa district, the area offers local shops, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, with good public transport connections to larger shopping areas in the city.

    The area features a few small parks and green areas, such as Parco Nicolò Savarino, which is within walking distance. Additionally you will find a park and public area within the two buildings. 

    Durando in Milan is well-served by public transport. It's close to Bovisa Politecnico railway station, with suburban trains (S3 and S4) connecting to the city center. Several bus routes (82 and 92) and tram line 2 also operate nearby, providing convenient access to other parts of Milan. The area is also easily accessible by car, with major roads nearby.
