Of course! Students can have a maximum of one visitor at a time until 19:00, even so, can only use the following common areas: lobby, outdoor common areas, cafeteria and your room. Unfortunately, and in order to have a better management of the building, areas such as gym, multimedia rooms, pool area, or shared kitchens, are limited to the use of residents only. If your stay in the residence is an Academic year or Semester, you are allowed to have overnight guests. However, in order to comply with safety regulations, only Studio/Studio Premium/Studio Superior room types can have overnight visitors. If your reservation is for a double or Ensuite room, unfortunately it would not be possible to apply the overnight guest policy.
Generally, your guests are welcome to visit you throughout your studies. You can have one guest stay in your room up to 3 nights a week, but you must be present the entire time and sign them in on arrival.
Yes, we organise around 3 to 4 events every month so you can spend time together and have fun. These include things like a Welcome Party, Easter or Halloween celebrations, cooking workshops, painting as well as sports activities such as paddle, climbing, football or basketball.
Our friendly team are always happy to lend an ear. Before talking to them, we’d advise you contact your university support team first, since they may be able to offer you advice. If you would like to speak with the Accommodation Manager, you’re welcome to book an appointment and they’ll be happy to meet with you.
You are responsible for your guest at all times. They must be signed in and out of the building and follow all aparto house rules while on the property.
