For travelers looking for a modern and social stay, aparto Manifattura’s hostel offers a variety of 4- and 6-bed dorms, available in mixed or female-only options. Each bed comes with a personal locker, reading lamp, and ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Prefer more space? The entire room can also be booked privately, ensuring a flexible stay that suits your needs.

There are 384 beds for student housing and 136 for hostel!

What is available for residents to use at Manifattura?

Within the residence you will get FREE access to our social areas and study spaces, access to Kooth (our anonymous mental wellbeing support platform) and the chance to be a part of our award winning event and wellbeing programme.

Can I view my room at Manifattura before booking?

If you would like to book a tour please contact reception at manifattura@apartostudent.com or giovenale@apartostudent.com, or fill out this form. In some residences we may be able to show you a room in person or virtually on zoom. You can check out our virtual tour video here.

What is included in my room at Manifattura?

We supply every resident with a comfortable double bed, ensuite, desk, chair and lots of storage space. Depending on your room type you may have additional furniture, kitchen appliances or storage. Please contact reception to clarify the exact details of the room type you are booking.

What would I need to bring with me to live at Manifattura in Florence?

You would need to bring bedding, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and your personal belongings. We also require proof of student status and in some residences we may need to see a passport/ID.
