Located next to Scalo Porta Romana, the new “smart” business district of Milan, and well connected to the city center, aparto Milan Ripamonti is the perfect base for anyone studying in the southern area of Milan or in the city center: less than 15 min walk away from Bocconi, IED, NABA, Domus Academy and 10 minutes by bike from Unimi, Cattolica and IULM.
The area is undergoing a complete urban regeneration and it will host the Olympic village during the Olympic Winter Games.

Living here for almost 2 years, and the quality and service are always in decease, unfortunately. I would like to thank the reception people for trying always to handle the situations and our requests, except one of them who always rude (to not say other stuff). The 5 stars go to the cleaning and security staff , I think they are the only people who are doing their job kinda perfectly. And without forgetting to mention Karima, who's always there to check and try to make everything perfect day by day.

Best reception ever. Seriously an aparto without Carolina Antonella Paolo and Giulia would be so empty even the thought of it makes me scared. This is truly the best dormitory you can ever find in Milan. It has everything you are looking for: the study rooms, cinema rooms, music room, game room, terraces, gym and many more. This experience made my university experience very pleasant and for sure, the receptionists made it much more fun and easy.

My wife and I visited Milan and stayed in this warm and homey place. We both have bad experience with student accommodation during our travel in different places BUT this is an exemption! Reception staffs were very accommodating and friendly! They answer our questions direct and precisely. The room! A loft type room! Surprisingly relaxing! The room also provides a working kitchen with fridge and microwave. A lot of storage spaces! Should I continue? I'd rather tell you to stay with them to know what I am talking about =) oh we stayed at one of the rooms at 5th floor. It has it's own quiet common room (you can see students doing their own thing) plus the view is superb! I was not expecting this at all but hey -- if I will visit Milan, definitely I will choose this place again!

We have CCTV in and around each property, an electronic key entry system for the main entrance, common areas, each flat and bedroom. There is also staff on site 24hrs a day, 7days a week.
What if something in my apartment breaks down?
Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to handle any issues. You can report problems through our online portal or by calling our emergency line. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.
What happens if I don't get on with my new flat mates?
Our on-site team is experienced in helping resolve any conflicts between flatmates. We offer mediation services and, if necessary, can arrange room moves subject to availability.
