Your tenancy length options

We offer a wider range of short contracts available from as little as 2 weeks during the summer to a full semester or the reminder of the current academic year. See below for more information on the options available.

We know not every student needs a room for a full academic year, that's why we have semester lets and short flexible contracts available during term time to fit your plans or your course timetable.

Bookings are available for a minimum of 4 weeks with the option to extend for as long as you need, giving you full control and flexibility.

Prices are per week.

We recognise the importance of flexibility and that many students will be looking for short stay accommodation over the summer.

Whether you’re looking to extend your current stay, move in early, have a summer placement/ pre- sessional course or simply want to explore a new city over summer break, we’ve got you covered.

Prices are per night with a minimum booking of 2 weeks.
