- Find Your Roommates:
- Form a group of three or more with friends who want to share an apartment at any of our properties.
- Make a Booking:
- Book directly with us as a group of at least three people
- Share Your Resident ID:
- The lead tenant will receive a Resident ID number after completing their booking. Share this ID with the rest of your group as they will need to use it when making their bookings.
- Claim Your Voucher:
- Each group member will receive a £200 shopping voucher from One4All by within three months of your tenancy start date.
Group Booking FAQs:
- Who is eligible for the group booking promotion?
- A group of three or more students booking a shared apartment directly with us. This offer is not valid for bookings made through:
- third parties or booking agents; or
- through universities or higher education institutions.
- All the students in the group need to have applied for or started their studies at either an undergraduate or postgraduate level at a higher education institution.
- How do we book as a group?
- Nominate a lead tenant who has to start the booking process and pay the holding fee to secure the rooms.
- Once the lead tenant has their Resident ID number, they should share it with the rest of the group.
- All group members must complete their bookings within 7 days of the day when the lead tenant pays the holding fee to secure the rooms, and use the lead tenant's Resident ID when applying.
- Can we apply the promotion after we've already booked?
- No, the promotion must be applied at the time of booking.
- If you forgot to include the Resident ID, contact your accommodation team within 14 days of your booking to see if it can be added. When contacting them, you must provide evidence of your group booking.
- Are there any tenancy length requirements?
- Yes, all tenancies must be for a minimum of 41 weeks.
- Are there any exclusions?
- The cashback offer is not valid for students booking a studio at any of our properties.
Terms and Conditions:
- The £200 shopping voucher offer is only valid for direct bookings with aparto Student.
- The promotion is available to both new and existing aparto Student customers booking for the academic year 2025-26, but each customer can only participate in this offer once.
- The group booking must be completed by all members of the group within 7 days of when the lead tenant pays the holding fee to secure the rooms.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other aparto offers or promotions.
- The offer excludes bookings made through third parties, booking agents, universities, or higher education institutions.
- You will only be able to participate in this offer if, at the time of your booking, there is a shared apartment available at your chosen aparto property for the size of your group.
- The voucher provided under this offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- aparto reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or change this offer at any time without prior notice where it is necessary to do so.
- By participating in this offer, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
