Looking for a short stay? We provide flexible contract lengths across our all residences in the UK, Dublin, Barcelona and Milan to accommodate your needs.

Whether you chose to stay with us for a couple of weeks, a semester, or over the summer, you will get the same aparto experience and benefits as our full academic year students. This includes full access to our amazing facilities, services and events, all whilst being close to the city centre.

Tenancy length options

We offer a wider range of short contracts available from as little as 2 weeks during the summer to a full semester or the remainder of the current academic year.

We know not every student needs a room for a full academic year, that's why we have semester lets and short flexible contracts available during term time to fit your plans or your course timetable. Bookings are available for a minimum of 4 weeks with the option to extend for as long as you need, giving you full control and flexibility. Prices are per week in The UK and Dublin and per month in Milan.

We recognise the importance of flexibility and that many students will be looking for short stay accommodation over the summer. Whether you’re looking to extend your current stay, move in early, have a summer placement or simply want to explore a new city over summer break, we’ve got you covered. Prices are per night in the UK, Dublin and Barcelona, with a minimum booking of 1 week and per night in Milan where you can book for 1 night or more.
