How to Qualify for the Price Promise:
- Booking Requirement: with aparto Student for the academic year 2025-26 by 31st August 2025.
- Definition of Booking: A booking is considered complete when you have signed the contract, paid the required advanced rent or deposit, and completed all ID and guarantor requirements.
- Identical Room Type: The lower-priced room must be the same as your current booking—same name, grade, size, and specifications.
- Availability: The room must be available on apartostudent.com.
- Direct Purchase: It must be sold directly by apartostudent.com, not through third-party or marketplace agents.
aparto will match our own lowered prices if we reduce them after your booking and up to 31st August 2025. To claim, fill out the form on our website, providing a screenshot or photo as proof of the lower price. Have your original booking details ready.

- What We Match:
- We will match the price if we lower the cost of your booked room type after you've made your booking and before 31st August 2025.
- The room must be identical in all aspects: same type, name, grade, size, and specifications.
- Your booking must be for one of the following properties, and made between the relevant dates listed below:
- Kingston, Arbury Court 01/11/2024 to 31/08/2025
- Cambridge, The Cam Foundry 01/11/2024 to 31/08/2025
- Brighton, Stoneworks 01/11/2024 to 31/08/2025
- Aberdeen, The Combworks 01/11/2024 to 31/08/2025
- Reading, Queens Court 01/11/2024 to 31/08/2025
- Lancaster, Caton Court 01/11/2024 to 31/08/2025
- Glasgow, Glasgow West End 01/11/2024 to 31/08/2025
- Where We Match:
- The lower price must be advertised on apartostudent.com and sold directly by us.
- Prices from third-party websites or agents are not eligible.
- Exclusions:
- We do not match prices from other accommodations and operators.
- Special promotions, discounts, or offers exclusive to certain groups (e.g., student discounts, loyalty programs, prize draws, cashback incentives) are excluded.
- Prices that are part of package deals, group bookings, or promotional bundles with additional services (e.g., cleaning services) are not eligible.
- How to Claim:
- Submit your claim before 31st August 2025 by filling out the form on our website apartostudent.com.
- Provide verifiable evidence of the lower price (e.g., a screenshot or photo).
- Have your original booking details available when submitting the claim.
- Refund Method:
- Approved refunds will be applied as a credit on your within 60 days after you pay your first instalment of rent.
- Limitations:
- The Price Promise applies only to bookings for the academic year 2025-26.
- Only one claim per customer is permitted.
- The Price Promise cannot be combined with any other aparto offers or promotions.
- Changes and Cancellations:
- This Price Promise does not affect your rights to cancel or amend your booking under our here
- General:
- We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or change this Price Promise at any time without prior notice where it is necessary to do so.
- Claims suspected to be fraudulent or not complying with these terms and conditions will be rejected.
- By making a claim under the Price Promise, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
GDPR:
Any personal data shared by you in making a claim under the Price Promise will be stored and handled in line with our privacy policy.
