You'll also enjoy cooking in a large kitchen and socialising in the shared dining / living space, with 5-7 other students in your apartment. All prices shown are per person, per week including fast WiFi, contents insurance and bills.

    At The Loom, you will find rooms from €282 per week.

    Within the residence you will get FREE access to our social areas and study spaces, access to Kooth (our anonymous mental wellbeing support platform) and the chance to be a part of our award winning event and wellbeing programme.

    If you would like to book a tour please contact reception on +35319120928 or, or fill out this form. In some residences we may be able to show you a room in person or virtually on zoom. You can check out our virtual tour video here.

    We supply every resident with a comfortable double bed, ensuite, desk, chair and lots of storage space. Depending on your room type you may have additional furniture, kitchen appliances or storage. Please contact reception to clarify the exact details of the room type you are booking.

    You would need to bring bedding, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and your personal belongings. We also require proof of student status and in some residences we may need to see a passport/ID.

    The Loom is close to most universities and colleges in Dublin, including Trinity College and the Dublin Business School.

    The Loom is a 4 minute walk away from Lidl and and an 8 minute bike ride from Grafton Street, the most popular shopping street in Dublin.

    The Loom is a short walk away from Weaver Park and Oscar Square, and is a 6 minute bike ride away from St Stephen's Green.

    The Loom is a 10 minute bike ride away from Heuston Station, or 13 minutes if you take the Luas.

    Bus 150 will bring you to Grafton Street in 19 minutes.
