Yes, you must be a student, enrolled in a college/university and be 17 years or older at check-in.

Yes, but only if you have requested to pay in instalments. Without a guarantor, you’ll be required to pay your rent in full in July.

If you have any maintenance issues, you can simply log into the portal and select the "maintenance" option at the top. Once you've done that, then log in your issue and give as much detail as possible. 

Our friendly team are always happy to lend an ear. Before talking to them, we’d advise you contact your university support team first, since they may be able to offer you advice. If you would like to speak with the Accommodation Manager, you’re welcome to book an appointment and they’ll be happy to meet with you.

Absolutely, you’ll have your own post box in reception and will be given a key to check your post at any time of the day/night. Parcels can be delivered to reception for us to look after, just bring your ID when coming to collect them. However, please be aware of our postal policy when using this service.

There is! You’ll find plenty of secure bike storage available for you to use throughout your time.

All our non studio accommodation with the exception of twin rooms are only for single occupancy. We are happy to accept Dual occupancy requests for selected studios

That’s down to you – you can bring your rubbish/recycling to the bin store, and all collections are included in your rent.

The aparto team will take care of that, but please respect these living areas, as we’re proud of what we’ve done with them.

Our buildings and grounds are strictly non-smoking but you’re welcome to smoke outside of the building at least 5 metres away from doors and windows.

Yep, we want you to be as comfortable as possible when you’re with us. Just let us know you wish to live on the same floor when making your booking. If you don’t know anyone else moving to the residence, don’t worry – most students come on their own and soon make friends once they’re here.

Yes, you’ll be able to let us know your preference at the time of booking.

Please refer to local COVID-19 advice. Generally your guests are welcome to come and see you throughout your studies. You can have one guest stay in your room with you 3 nights a week, but you must be present the entire time and sign them in on arrival.

You are responsible for your guest. They must be signed in/out and follow all aparto regulations while on the property.

As Summer stays are limited to 10 weeks, you will need to make a full payment up front, before you arrive at the residence. Your booking is not complete until payment is made and until payment is made the room is not secured. Summer stays do not require a deposit payment.

You can check into the room at 16:00 on the day of your check-in. On the day of your check-out you will have to vacate the room by 10:00. If you do arrive early for your check in, you may be able to get your keys early if the room is ready, if not you can relax in one of our communal areas until it is clean.

Yes, you are free to leave when you like, however you will not be liable for a refund unless another student takes over your booking. Please let our team’s know when you are planning on checking out.

You will need to be a student in full time education. If you have finished University and are completing an internship of work programme you can stay in our residence if you have not yet graduated from your course.

Indeed, it will. With our standard package, you will get free high-speed WiFi connection throughout the property, including bedrooms that have a wired connection. You can connect up to 3 devices, so it's perfect for browsing Instagram, watching your favourite Netflix series and studying of course!.

The Internet is provided by our reliable partner, Ask4 and they give you the option to upgrade your package for a small fee if you need extra speed for those gaming nights.

The laundry service is super easy to use! Download the Circuit Laundry app and head down to the Laundry Room. All the instructions you need will be there to fully utilise the service.

Absolutely! We want you to be as comfortable as possible, so turn your room into a space you love to live in. Just make sure its returned to us the way you found it upon checkout. If not, damage charges will apply.

We prefer to receive rent in four instalments throughout the year. Our instalment dates are aligned with the University term if you are receiving student loan support or a scholarship.

Yes, your peace of mind is paramount at aparto Brigg Point. Our student accommodation in Bristol offers an all-inclusive rate, meaning you won't have to worry about unexpected costs. All utility bills, including fast 1GB Wi-Fi, gas heating, electricity, water and contents insurance are covered in your rent. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. This means straightforward budgeting for your student flat in Bristol.

At aparto Brigg Point we do not charge a deposit like private landlords would. We charge an Advance Rent Payment which is typically 1 weeks rent. The payment is due at the time of signing the contract. This payment is then used against your first instalment or full payment depending on which option you choose.

As part of securing your student accommodation at Brigg Point, we typically ask every customer opting to pay their rent in instalments to nominate a guarantor. A guarantor is someone who takes on the financial responsibility if you're unable to make payments on time. To be accepted, a guarantor must generally be over 18, not a student, and in full-time employment (either a homeowner or renting accommodation). We do accept international guarantors to support our diverse student community. Your guarantor will be required to provide a copy of their ID as well as a proof address document (Utility Bill / Bank Statement), both of which need to be translated into in English if not already.

University of Bristol - You can take bus number 1, 2a or 8 from Temple Meads station and get off at Park Street Top Bus Stop or The Centra.
