We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable, so we’d be more than happy to listen to you. However, we’d suggest contacting your university support team first to see if they can help. If you’d still like to speak with the Accommodation Manager, they’d be more than happy to arrange a meet up with you.

Usually about 30 minutes.
That’s no problem at all, just give us a call.
You’ll see all the communal areas including the common room, study room, gym and outdoor areas. We’ll also show you around an apartment and bedroom.
Indeed, it will. With our standard package you will get free up to 100MB/s high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi connection throughout the building, including bedrooms; however, this fluctuates in usage. If you’re looking for an even speedier and more stable service, you can use our ethernet connection available in your room.
You can connect up to 3 devices, so its perfect for browsing Instagram, watching your favourite Netflix series and studying of course!
The Internet is provided by our reliable partner, Ask4 and they give you the option to upgrade your bandwidth package for a small fee, if you need extra speed for those gaming nights.
You’ll find a TV in the cluster kitchens as well as one in your communal lounge area. We don’t provide a TV Licence, so residents will be responsible for splitting this annual charge among housemates.
Likewise, a TV is not provided in our studio rooms, but feel free to bring one along with you – just make sure you have a TV Licence sorted when it’s set up.
A toaster, kettle, hob, oven/microwave, as well as a fridge/freezer and plenty of storage, are all included. Residents will also be supplied with a vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, iron and ironing board.
You’ll have to bring your own utensils, dishes, pots/pans and other small appliances though, as we don’t supply these.
There’s no substitute for your favourite duvet or that extra comfy pillow so be sure to bring your own bedding with you. Our rooms have a 4ft bed, so double bedding will do the trick.
All residents living in Arbury Court get a laundry card or phone app with a PayPal account that can be topped up with credit, at which point you can use washing and drying facilities.
Definitely, feel free to make a few changes to your room, within reason. Just be sure it’s returned to us in the original state you found it in. If not, then you may have to pay additional damage charges.
We prefer to receive payment through 3 instalments over the course of the year, but it might be worth discussing further options with your Accommodation Manager.
Yeah, no problem. As long as it falls between the tenancy agreement’s start and end dates, the room is yours to stay in.
This isn’t possible right now.
We’re unable to alter the dates of the tenancy once they’ve been changed, sorry.
