The student residence is beautiful and brand new, with a youthful and welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Luna and Jessie, who were so kind, friendly, and professional with me. The rooms are quite large, with kitchens and everything you need. The common areas are a real plus: study rooms, soundproofed areas for quiet study, private rooms for meetings or calls, a game room with table football, PlayStation, TV, and even a piano. There's a truly great atmosphere and everything you need to make the most of your student experience.

I recently moved to aparto Bristol Brigg Point and my experience has been absolutely amazing. The building is brand-new, the rooms are very quiet and it's great value for money. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. When I checked in at night the receptionist, Tayab was kind and supportive. He explained everything and answered all my questions in a very professional and polite way.

I recommend it 100%, already the second time I've been back for a shorter period but absolutely not disappointed! The staff is welcoming and always available in case of problems, wifi is also available, this residence is well located with lots of small shops around which is very practical and the beach is a 10-minute walk away, the shared kitchen is perfect (depending on whether the people you have on your floor are respectful or not) the lounge is also very pleasant, I really enjoyed the pool and this view! If you want to go to Barcelona don't hesitate, this company does everything to ensure you don't have anything to get bored even if you don't go out (swimming pool, lounge with TV, cinema room, work spaces, play areas, fitness room). I only have good memories in this residence. 😁

How secure is the accommodation?
We have CCTV in and around each property, an electronic key entry system for the main entrance, common areas, each flat and bedroom. There is also staff on site 24hrs a day, 7days a week.
What if something in my apartment breaks down?
Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to handle any issues. You can report problems through our online portal or by calling our emergency line. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.
What happens if I don't get on with my new flat mates?
Our on-site team is experienced in helping resolve any conflicts between flatmates. We offer mediation services and, if necessary, can arrange room moves subject to availability.
Can I live with my friends?
Yes! We encourage group bookings and will do our best to place you together. We recommend all applying at the same time and mentioning each other in your applications.
