The time that I spent at the Spireworks accommodation was fantastic! The rooms were new and welcoming with bright colors. The lounge is a great place to spend time with friends and play games. The dining room was a great place to host a small party with friends, and the study room was a large space that had good lighting and comfortable chairs and desks. The gym is small but has everything that a person needs to get a good workout in. This accommodation has everything a student needs and more including an amazing accommodation manager, Christian, who ensured that everyone was happy. He is phenomenal at his job and helps the residents in anyway that he can.

How secure is the accommodation?
We have CCTV in and around each property, an electronic key entry system for the main entrance, common areas, each flat and bedroom. There is also staff on site 24hrs a day, 7days a week.
What if something in my apartment breaks down?
Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to handle any issues. You can report problems through our online portal or by calling our emergency line. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.
What happens if I don't get on with my new flat mates?
Our on-site team is experienced in helping resolve any conflicts between flatmates. We offer mediation services and, if necessary, can arrange room moves subject to availability.
