Our Kingston student residence has a varied range of room types, as well as a friendly on-site team who you'll see every day. Arbury Court is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We have CCTV in and around each property, an electronic key entry system for the main entrance, common areas, each flat and bedroom. There is also staff on site 24hrs a day, 7days a week.
Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to handle any issues. You can report problems through our online portal or by calling our emergency line. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.
Our on-site team is experienced in helping resolve any conflicts between flatmates. We offer mediation services and, if necessary, can arrange room moves subject to availability.
