How secure is the accommodation?
We have CCTV in and around each property, an electronic key entry system for the main entrance, common areas, each flat and bedroom. There is also staff on site 24hrs a day, 7days a week.
What if something in my apartment breaks down?
Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to handle any issues. You can report problems through our online portal or by calling our emergency line. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.
What happens if I don't get on with my new flat mates?
Our on-site team is experienced in helping resolve any conflicts between flatmates. We offer mediation services and, if necessary, can arrange room moves subject to availability.
