An invaluable group of 24/7 organisers and movers and shakers, the Binary Hub team are here to help with anything you need, no matter how small. Friendly and welcoming, you’ll get to know them well during your time here.


Rob is our Dublin city manager (and gaming enthusiast) and will make sure we’re working at optimal efficiency.


Emmet is our friendly Senior General Manager, welcoming everyone with a smile and keeping us organised.


David is our Assistant Manager, he ensures that everything is running smoothly for our residents.


Fatima our champion of customer service and will be at hand for anything you need.


Amanda is our friendly sales assistant, welcoming everyone with a smile and keeping us organised.


Darren makes sure our building stays in top working order.

At Binary Hub, you will find rooms from €272 per week.

There are 471 beds at Binary Hub!

Within the residence you will get FREE access to our social areas and study spaces, access to Kooth (our anonymous mental wellbeing support platform) and the chance to be a part of our award winning event and wellbeing programme.

If you would like to book a tour please contact reception on  +35315395166 or, or fill out this form. In some residences we may be able to show you a room in person or virtually on zoom. You can check out our virtual tour video here.

We supply every resident with a comfortable double bed, ensuite, desk, chair and lots of storage space. Depending on your room type you may have additional furniture, kitchen appliances or storage. Please contact reception to clarify the exact details of the room type you are booking.

You would need to bring bedding, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and your personal belongings. We also require proof of student status and in some residences we may need to see a passport/ID.

Binary Hub is close to most universities and colleges in Dublin, including Trinity College and the Dublin Business School.

Binary Hub is at a walking distance from Lidl, and an 8 minute bike ride from Grafton Street, the most popular shopping street in Dublin.

Binary Hub is right by Bridgefoot Street Park, 6 minutes away from The Croppies Acre Memorial Park, and 10 minutes away from St Audoen's Park.

Binary Hub is a 12 minute walk away from Heuston Station and a 7 minute walk away from the red Luas line (The Point stop).
