We know not every student needs a room for a full academic year, that's why we have short and flexible contracts available to fit your summer plans or your course timetable. Whether you're looking to extend your current stay, move in early, have a summer placement, or simply want to explore a new city over summer break, we've got you covered.

Student bookings are available for a minimum of 5 weeks, with the option to extend for a further 5 weeks through the summer period.
