    Viewed this accommodation at the weekend, everything is clean and a lovely homely feel to it. So nice that theres only 48 rooms and great shared facilities with the Stoneworks accommodation as well. Marissa is so helpful and friendly.

    Everything you need to know

    How secure is the accommodation?

    We have CCTV in and around each property, an electronic key entry system for the main entrance, common areas, each flat and bedroom. There is also staff on site 24hrs a day, 7days a week.

    Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to handle any issues. You can report problems through our online portal or by calling our emergency line. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.

    Our on-site team is experienced in helping resolve any conflicts between flatmates. We offer mediation services and, if necessary, can arrange room moves subject to availability.
