    Studios are spacious and has everything you need. Location wise it’s very safe especially if you are a student. The staff is so helpful, especially Sara! As a new student moving in this is my first living experience in Barcelona and me and my family had a lot questions about the unit and the apartment. Sara was extremely patient and welcoming. I can honestly say if it wasn’t for her I might have decided to go elsewhere. She truly sold the unit to us with her outstanding understanding and patience! You can tell the staff cares about their residents

    Everything you need to know

    How secure is the accommodation?

    We have CCTV in and around each property, an electronic key entry system for the main entrance, common areas, each flat and bedroom. There is also staff on site 24hrs a day, 7days a week.

    Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to handle any issues. You can report problems through our online portal or by calling our emergency line. Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.

    Our on-site team is experienced in helping resolve any conflicts between flatmates. We offer mediation services and, if necessary, can arrange room moves subject to availability.
