It offers approximately 21.5–28 sqm and is fully adapted for wheelchair users, providing a barrier-free living space with plenty of room for comfortable student living.

Each Accessible Studio Premium includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, spacious closet, a wheelchair-accessible private bathroom, and an adapted kitchenette with a table and chairs, induction hob (2 burners), microwave, and a fridge with integrated freezer, all designed for easy access.
