Looking for a short stay? We provide flexible contract lengths across our all residences in Milan to accommodate your needs.
Whether you choose to stay with us for a couple of weeks or over the summer, you will get the same aparto experience and benefits as our students. This includes full access to our amazing facilities, services and events, all whilst being close to the city centre.

We offer a wider range of short contracts available from as little as 2 weeks during the summer to a full semester or the remainder of the current academic year.
Short term stays
We know not every student needs a room for a full academic year, that's why we have semester lets and short flexible contracts available during term time to fit your plans or your course timetable. Bookings are available for a minimum of 4 weeks with the option to extend for as long as you need, giving you full control and flexibility. Prices are per week in The UK.
