Rebooker Offer 2026/27: 10% OFF Rent!

All students who rebook a room for a minimum of 41 weeks tenancy for 2026-27, at Bristol Brigg Point, will be eligible to receive a 10% rental saving. The booking must take place between 3rd November 2025 - 31st January 2026. In addition to this they will also enter into our Tech Bundle Prize Draw, to WIN one of three bundles per residence, detailed below.

Criterios de elegibilidad

To qualify for this rebooker offer the student must fulfil all the following criteria:

1. Each room rebooked must be for a minimum of 41 weeks tenancy contract for the 2026-27 academic year.
2. The room booking must be made and completed between the 3rd November 2025 - 31st January 2026 for all sites.
3. No promotional code is required for the booking, however the resident must be a student living at an aparto UK residence for the 2025-26 academic year to be eligible to rebook a room.
4. This offer is only valid at the aparto Bristol Brigg Point.

 

How to claim the rental saving

1. Once the Accommodation Manager at the relevant aparto residence has verified that all of the terms and conditions of the Scheme have been fulfilled, then the rental saving will be deducted equally off of each installment.
2. If rent is paid up front in full - then you will have the rental saving deducted from this up front payment.

3. The student acknowledges that any booking made by them in respect of an aparto residence is not made in reliance on the availability of the offer, and the availability or receipt of a rental deduction is not a condition of any tenancy agreement in respect of an aparto residence.

Rebooker Tech Bundle Prize Draw

Existing aparto residents that rebook a room between the 3rd November 2025 - 31st January 2026 are automatically entered into our Tech Bundle Prize Draw.

There will be three winners per residence and the winner will be picked at random by the 21st September 2026 and contacted directly. We require a response within 48 hours of contact or another winner will be selected.

Any winning student claiming their tech bundle must have first checked into the aparto residence for their 2026-27 booking and be up to date on rental payments.

The winners can claim their prize directly through the aparto team. The prize equates to at least 3 devices in each bundle, and will be issued to the student via reception at their residence.
