    There are 584 beds at Giovenale!

    Within the residence you will get FREE access to our social areas and study spaces, access to Kooth (our anonymous mental wellbeing support platform) and the chance to be a part of our award winning event and wellbeing programme.

    If you would like to book a tour please contact reception on +39 02 94389656 or giovenale@apartostudent.com, or fill out this form. In some residences we may be able to show you a room in person or virtually on zoom. You can check out our virtual tour video here.

    We supply every resident with a comfortable double bed, ensuite, desk, chair and lots of storage space. Depending on your room type you may have additional furniture, kitchen appliances or storage. Please contact reception to clarify the exact details of the room type you are booking.

    You would need to bring bedding, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and your personal belongings. We also require proof of student status and in some residences we may need to see a passport/ID.

    Yes, Giovenale is conveniently close to main universities in Milan.

    Giovenale is right next to Erbert supermarket, a 2 minute walk away from Tuday Conad, and a 5 minute bike ride from the popular shopping street Via Torino.

    Giovenale is a 7 minute walk away from Parco della Resistenza and an 11 minute walk away from Parco Alessandrina Ravizza.

    Milano Centrale, the main train station in Milan, is a 25 minute bus ride away from Giovenale. 

    There are several bus stops and tram stops around Giovenale. The P.ta Lodovica tram stop is only a 4 minute walk away.
