University Experience

St Mary’s is located in a leafy suburban campus with a quick commute to the buzzing community of Kingston, Twickenham and London. Established in 1850 St Mary’s University has grown to around 6,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students across the four academic Schools with the main campus on Waldegrave Road.

There are a number of subjects to study at St Mary’s from creative arts to sports and health science. Around a third of the offering is dedicated to teacher education and there is a growing number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in subjects such as Sport, Drama, Theology and Business.

Campus facilities include state-of-the-art resources to support students in their studies. This includes a professional standard media production suite to cover all aspects of filmmaking, TC production, radio and online broadcasting. There are dedicated laboratories, from a biosciences lab to a sport rehabilitation suite and an array of sports facilities, such as sports centres, grass pitches and athletics track.
