30 minute HIIT workout

In case you missed it, here is a breakdown of our live HIIT workout. This session was focusing on legs and core, all within 30 minutes.
What you will need:
- Space to workout, if the floor is a bit hard a matt would be helpful
- Weights, you could improvise and use a tin of beans or a bottle of wine (Weights are optional)
- Take rests when you need to
- 3 x 30 seconds of each exercise
Warm Up
- Jogging on the spot for 1 minute
- High knees for 1 minute
Legs
- Squats (with or without a weight)
- Jump squats
- Lunges
Core
- Crunches
- Leg raises
- Toe touches
Cool down
- Stretches
