30 minute HIIT workout

In case you missed it, here is a breakdown of our live HIIT workout. This session was focusing on legs and core, all within 30 minutes.

What you will need:

  • Space to workout, if the floor is a bit hard a matt would be helpful
  • Weights, you could improvise and use a tin of beans or a bottle of wine (Weights are optional)
  • Take rests when you need to
  • 3 x 30 seconds of each exercise

Warm Up

  • Jogging on the spot for 1 minute
  • High knees for 1 minute


  • Squats (with or without a weight)
  • Jump squats
  • Lunges


  • Crunches
  • Leg raises
  • Toe touches

Cool down

  • Stretches
